Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between G-Planner and its members regarding the use of all services provided by G-Planner.

Article 2 (Definitions)
The main terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:
'Service' refers to all services provided by G-Planner that 'Users' can utilize, regardless of the implementing terminal (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, portable terminals, etc.).
'User' refers to a 'Member' who receives services provided by G-Planner according to these terms and conditions.
'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to G-Planner, continuously receives information from G-Planner, and can continuously use the services provided by 'G-Planner'.
'ID' refers to a combination of letters or letters and numbers provided by the member and approved by G-Planner for member identification and service use.
'Premium Service' refers to the advanced feature services provided by G-Planner.
'Coupon' or 'Code' refers to a usage permit that allows the use of premium services for a certain period of time.
'Ad Viewing' refers to the act of a member voluntarily watching advertisements to obtain temporary premium permissions.

Article 3 (Governing Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of relevant laws or individual terms of service, operating policies, and rules set by G-Planner (hereinafter referred to as 'Detailed Guidelines'). In case of conflict between these terms and conditions and the Detailed Guidelines, the Detailed Guidelines shall prevail.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These terms and conditions shall be posted and disclosed on all internet services provided by G-Planner. G-Planner may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the 'Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.' (hereinafter referred to as the 'E-Commerce Act'), the 'Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms Regulation Act'), and the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Information Network Act'). If the terms are amended, G-Planner shall announce the content and effective date of the amended terms for a considerable period from at least 7 days (30 days for changes unfavorable or significant to the user) before the effective date until after the effective date. Existing users will be individually notified of the amended terms, application date, and reason for amendment (including explanations of important changes) through separate electronic means (email, in-service electronic messages, in-service notices, notification messages, etc.). The amended terms shall take effect from the announced or notified effective date.
When G-Planner announces or notifies the revised terms according to Paragraph 1, it shall also notify the user that 'If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate the contract within 7 days (30 days for changes unfavorable or significant to the user) from the date of announcement or notification. If you do not express your intention to terminate the contract, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.'
If the user does not express refusal of the amended terms within 7 days (or 30 days for changes unfavorable or significant to the user) from the date of announcement or notification according to Paragraph 2, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendment of these terms.
Users are required to explicitly check and agree to these terms before logging in to the service. By checking the agreement box during login, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of service. For users in regions where implied consent is not legally recognized, G-Planner will obtain explicit consent for any material changes to these terms through active opt-in mechanisms.

Article 5 (Notification to Users)
Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, G-Planner may notify users through electronic means such as email, electronic messages, announcements, push notifications, etc.
For notifications to all users, G-Planner may substitute the notification in Paragraph 1 by posting on the bulletin board within the website operated by G-Planner for 7 days or more.
However, individual notifications according to Paragraph 1 shall be made for matters that significantly affect the user's own transactions.
G-Planner shall be deemed to have made individual notifications by making the announcement in the preceding paragraph only if individual notification is difficult due to the user's failure to provide contact information, failure to update after changes, or incorrect entry.

Article 6 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
The service agreement is concluded in the following cases:
When logging in with a third-party (social) account via OAuth, it is deemed that the user has agreed to these terms along with the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective service provider, and G-Planner approves the application for use.

Article 7 (Approval of Membership Registration)
G-Planner, in principle, approves the use of the service when there is a request for a service agreement.
In the application according to Paragraph 1, G-Planner may request real-name verification and identity authentication through specialized institutions if necessary for service provision.
G-Planner may withhold approval if there is no capacity in service-related facilities or if there are technical or operational issues.
If service use is not approved or is withheld according to Paragraph 3, G-Planner shall, in principle, inform the service applicant. However, this is an exception if G-Planner cannot inform the user without its own fault.
The time of formation of the service agreement is the time when G-Planner indicates the completion of registration in the application process for the case of Article 6, Paragraph 1, and the time when the payment completion is indicated for the case of Article 6, Paragraph 2.
G-Planner may differentiate the usage time, frequency of use, service menus, etc., by classifying members into grades according to G-Planner's policy.

Article 8 (Modification of Member Information)
Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
However, real names, IDs, etc., necessary for service management cannot be modified.
Members must notify G-Planner of any changes to the information provided at the time of membership application by modifying it online or by email or other methods.
The member is responsible for any disadvantages arising from not notifying G-Planner of the changes in Paragraph 2.

Article 9 (Management and Protection of Member Information)
The responsibility for managing the member's login account lies with the member, and it must not be used by third parties.
When logging in via OAuth through a third-party (social) account, the responsibility for managing the account lies with the member, and G-Planner is not responsible for disadvantages arising from security issues of the social account.
However, this does not apply if there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of G-Planner.
Members must immediately notify G-Planner if they become aware that their account has been stolen or is being used by a third party.

Article 10 (Obligations of G-Planner)
G-Planner shall repair or restore facilities without delay if they fail or are lost to ensure continuous and stable service provision. In the event of the following reasons, G-Planner may temporarily suspend the provision of all or part of the service without prior notice. In this case, the reason and duration of the suspension shall be announced to users without delay afterwards.
When necessary for urgent inspection, expansion, replacement, maintenance, or construction of the system or facilities.
When it is deemed necessary to replace the system to provide new services.
When normal service provision is impossible due to system or other service facility failures, wired/wireless network failures, etc.
In case of national emergencies, power outages, or force majeure.
G-Planner shall strive to provide convenience to users in procedures and contents related to contracts with users, such as the conclusion, modification, and termination of service agreements.
G-Planner shall post the terms of service, privacy policy, etc., through the settings menu within the application so that users can easily access them.

Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)
G-Planner values the personal information of users and strives to comply with relevant laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Personal Information Protection Act. G-Planner informs users through its privacy policy about the purpose and manner in which the personal information provided by users is used and what measures are being taken to protect personal information.
When logging in via OAuth through a third-party (social) account, G-Planner may receive the minimum necessary personal information (email address, name, etc.) from the respective service provider. The collection and use of such information shall follow the privacy policy.
If there is no service usage history for one consecutive year from the last usage date, G-Planner may separate and store the user's information separately from other users' personal information according to the provisions of the 'Personal Information Protection Act' and its enforcement decree. The separately stored personal information of the user will be kept until the user requests withdrawal or deletion of personal information.
G-Planner's privacy policy and relevant laws apply to the protection and use of users' personal information.
However, G-Planner's privacy policy does not apply to external web pages linked from websites operated by G-Planner.
Rights related to automated decision making and profiling:
- Users have the right to object to automated decision-making and profiling. If you believe an automated decision has incorrectly affected your service usage, you may contact G-Planner to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
- For cross-border data transfers, G-Planner implements appropriate safeguards in compliance with applicable laws including EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and other recognized transfer mechanisms.
- G-Planner will respond to user requests regarding personal data within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable regional laws if shorter.
- When using OAuth for social login, G-Planner receives only the minimum necessary information (email, name) from third-party providers like Google or Apple. The specific data shared and the manner of sharing is determined by your settings with these providers. You can review and modify these settings through your accounts with the respective providers.

Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
When applying for use through user registration, users must complete the application form based on factual information. If the user registers false information or someone else's information, they cannot claim any rights against G-Planner, and G-Planner is not responsible for any damages resulting from this.
However, this does not apply if there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of G-Planner.
Users must comply with the provisions set forth in these terms and conditions, other regulations established by G-Planner, and matters announced by G-Planner. In addition, users must not engage in activities that interfere with G-Planner's business or damage G-Planner's reputation.
If there are changes to user information such as contact details or email addresses, users must immediately modify this information online. The user is responsible for any issues arising from not updating or delaying updates to changed information.
Users must manage their login accounts directly. G-Planner is not responsible for problems arising from users' negligent management.

Article 15 (Procedures for Service Termination, Cancellation, and Withdrawal)
Users may request termination of the service agreement at any time through the membership withdrawal function in the application settings menu. However, immediately after new registration, immediate withdrawal may be restricted for a certain period of time to prevent service abuse.
For members using premium services who wish to withdraw:
- Even if there is remaining premium period through coupons, all privileges will be terminated upon withdrawal
- Withdrawal processing is immediate, and no compensation is provided for the premium period
G-Planner may notify users and terminate the contract if users violate obligations specified in these Terms, engage in abnormal or improper usage, use prohibited programs, or create broadcasts or posts that defame or insult others, and if such actions are accumulated two or more times despite requests to cease such activities or delete the content.
G-Planner will confirm receipt of the user's withdrawal, termination, or cancellation request. This confirmation will be sent using one of the contact methods provided by the user to G-Planner. If the contact information provided by the user does not exist, G-Planner may not send a confirmation.
Users have the right to terminate their account and request deletion of their personal data. The processing of such requests will be completed within 30 days from the date of request, subject to legal retention requirements.

However, this exclusion does not apply to cases of intentional or gross negligence by G-Planner.

G-Planner does not take responsibility for the reliability, accuracy, or content of materials posted by users on the webpage, and does not intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the service.
However, G-Planner shall be liable according to relevant laws for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence of the business operator.

Article 22 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
In case of disputes related to the service, the jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of G-Planner, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Notwithstanding the above, for users residing outside the Republic of Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence may apply if such provisions provide greater protection than the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, G-Planner maintains that Korean law will be the primary governing law to the extent permitted by the laws of the user's jurisdiction.
For users residing in the European Union, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under EU law may be utilized before resorting to court proceedings, without prejudice to G-Planner's right to maintain Korean jurisdiction as the primary forum for dispute resolution.
G-Planner strives to resolve disputes amicably through its customer service before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Users can contact G-Planner's customer service through the contact information provided in the app or website.

Article 23 (International Users and Compliance with Local Laws)

G-Planner makes reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with major international regulations, but users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
The service may not be available or certain features may be restricted in jurisdictions where the service would violate local laws.
G-Planner complies with major data protection and privacy laws including the GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), PIPL (China), and others. Users from these jurisdictions will have their rights respected according to applicable legislation.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable local law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted from these terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Article 24 (Minors' Use of Service)
This service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Due to the nature of SNS features within the service, users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use it.
